國際經營管理全英語學士學位學程簡介
國際經營管理全英語學士學位學程成立於2019年8月，目前為128全英語學分的四技課程規畫，本學位學程設置於大學部，招收校內各院系學生，提供國際化的學習環境，培育學生成為優秀的國際經營人才。
Bachelor Program of International Business and Administration (English-Taught Program)
Bachelor Program of International Business and Administration (English-Taught Program) was launched in August 2019. Currently, it requires 128 English–taught credits to graduate as it is designed for the four–year college degree. The program offers bachelor degree to undergraduate students from all departments at the school, providing international learning environment for students to become excellent professionals in the field of international management.
為因應政府南向政策，培育國際化人才，本校設置本學位學程，以建立本校學生與國際接軌的平台。在提升學生國際經營專業知識的同時，增進其外語能力，透過專業知識學習，並提供學生出國實習機會，以建立完整的國際化教學模式，培養具備國際競爭力之學生。另外，本學位學程建構以學生為中心的學習環境，提供完整的跨領域(經營管理、資訊應用、設計與人文素養)學習平台，提供學生多元專業的學習機會。
In response to the government‘s south-bound policy and to cultivate international professionals, the school established the English Bachelor’s Program in International Business Management to provide a platform for students to connect to the world. While boosting the expertise in international management for our students, we aim to strengthen their capabilities in foreign languages. Through the learning in their respective fields, we also offer students the opportunity to go abroad for the internship so as to establish a comprehensive internationalized teaching mechanism with the aim of nurturing students with global competiveness. In addition, the English Bachelor‘s Program in International Business Management is constructed as a student-centered learning environment, providing comprehensive cross-disciplinary (management, applied informatics, design and humanistic education) learning platform for students to access to diversified and professional learning opportunities.
本學位學程多元跨領域的課程組合，培育擁有各類專長的經營管理整合人才，學生接受專業技能的訓練後，能從不同領域的專業知識激發創新思維，同時藉以發展多元專長，提升未來就業競爭力，成為跨領域的專業國際經營管理人才。
The combinations of the diversified and cross-disciplinary courses in the program will nurture management talents who have various specialties. After receiving professional trainings, students will be inspired to become innovative from various expertise they receive. They can also simultaneously develop multiple specialties, enhance their future competiveness in workplace and become professional international management talents with cross-disciplinary expertise.
由於英語作為全球化的語言，在國際經貿與文化交流上，扮演非常重要角色，因此英語是傑出國際經營管理專業人才必需具備的基本能力，擁有流利的外語能力才能擔負起國際化重任。本學位學程以英語來教授經營管理、資訊應用及設計美學之專業課程，讓學生提早適應國際化學習環境中，培養具備國際競爭力之語言能力。大二暑假海外英文交換生遊學，大四專業實習，並鼓勵同學參加國外姐妹校交換學習，使得學生畢業後更具專業及語文競爭力。
Since English is the global language, it plays a critical role in international economy and trade as well as culture exchanges. Therefore, English is the basic skill for great international management professionals. Only when students have a good command of English can they take the responsibility to assume the role. Courses in English Bachelor‘s Program in International Business Management are conducted in English to teach students in the fields of management, applied informatics and design aesthetics with an aim to help students adapt to the international learning environment in advance, cultivate students with the language skills to compete globally. The program offers the opportunity for students to study as exchange students overseas during summer vacation in their sophomore year, provides professional internship in the senior year, and encourages students to study at our sister schools overseas with a view to improving their competitiveness both in professional fields and language skills after graduation.
